~Care, Warranty, and Returns~

Please, INSPECT AND TRY ON all diapers prior to washing, to ensure a proper fit. I can not accept returns or exchanges on washed or used diapers. A good was to try on a diaper is over a disposable.

POCKET DIAPERS with waterproof laminate:

Machine was diaper on hot setting and cold rinse before use. You may wash all of your diapers in one load, and the colors will not bleed on each other. If diapers are not prewashed, they may bleed onto the inserts, since urine has ammonia in it and can cause fabric that is not washed to bleed. Dry on medium heat in the dryer to tighten up seams for premium leak protection! Be sure to wait until the diaper has cooled before stuffing to prevent damaging the waterproof layer around the seams. When diaper is soiled, knock solids into the toilet and store in a dry pail. On wash day, do a cold rinse, then a hot wash with a quarter to half the recommended amount of detergent, then cold rinse again. If you prefer to line dry your diapers you can do so, then throw them in the dryer on medium heat once in a while to refresh the waterproof layer around the seams. This works with most diapers, and is a good way to keep your diapers super leak proof!

NATURAL ABSORBANT FIBERS...hemp, cotton, or bamboo inserts and diapers:

Wash the item a few times on hot to remove any natural oils in the fabrics. Once washed several times, they will absorb better. Absorbency will get better and better with each wash. Sometimes maximum absorbancy will not be reached until up to 8 hot washes. Expect to see some shrinkage. The shrinkage may vary slightly, depending on the fabric. You may want to wash them seperately the first time, so that the natural fiber lint does not stick to the microfleece on your diapers.

LIMITED WARRANTY AND RETURNS:

Returns or Exchanges are accepted on unwashed and unused items within 30 days of receipt, less shipping charges. All washed or used Preston's Pants diapers have a 60 day warranty on the sewing quality (not the embroidery) and a LIFETIME warranty on the snaps. This warranty will repair or replace your dipaer if necessary. This includeds broker snaps, non-functional snaps, seam tears, and torn or bad elastic. This does not cover puncture holes, tears, or pulls in the fabric from wearing, washing, or misuse. I will repair or replace your diaper if it falls within these guidelines. If replacement is necessary you will get the sameitem or an itme of equal construction and value. IF YOU FIND YOUR ITEM IS DEFECTIVE IN ANY WAY UPON RECEIVING IT, PLEASE DO NOT WASH IT. CONTACT ME FOR ARRANGEMENTS TO RETURN YOUR ITEM. IF WASHED...THE ITEM WILL FALL UNDER THE LIMITED 60 DAY WARRANTY. I do want my customers to be happy with their purchase, and I will do my best to provide that.

Reason for your repair, exchange, or return. If being repaired, please explain where the damage is on the diaper.
USA and Canada. Include a check or money order for $2.50 for return shipping for items being repaired or replaced under the 60 day or snap warrenty. If the item is brand new, and unwashed, no payment is required.
Please, include a copy of your receipt with the purchase date on it.
