I apologize for any delay on custom orders, as my sewing machines were in the shop for major repairs, and have put me back by about 2 weeks. If you are on the current customs list, the turnaround is about 6 weeks right now. If you place a custom order, now, the time frame could be anywhere from 3-6 weeks, until I get all caught up. As soon as I get back on track it will go back to the approximate 3 week time frame. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
All customs orders will ship approximately 3 weeks from the date of purchase. SEE note above.
Please keep in mind that this time frame is approximate. I am a WAHM, so there are times when my family has an issue, or I am needed elsewhere for one of my children. Also, occasionally, my machines go in for repairs, which can slow things down by a week or so. Overall, I do my very best to get all customs out the door as soon as possible.
